PowerSuite is furthering its partnership with Mint Payments by becoming one of the first mid office solutions to integrate with the MintEFT product in the coming months. Coupled with the existing B2C credit card payment integration with Mint, this will enhance travel agencies’ experience to process payments from its customers and to suppliers.
Key factors in PowerSuite’s decision to integrate with MintEFT included the technology’s ability to streamline the payments process as well as the offering of both standard and real-time payments ensuring prevention of booking delays.
PowerSuite ANZ representative, Graham Whyte, said “At PowerSuite, we value system integrations that save our customers time and make their job simpler. By automating the payment process into PowerSuite our customers have more time to focus on selling whilst PowerSuite minimizes time spent on repetitive processes. PowerSuite had a great experience working with Mint Payments to integrate customer payments and we are delighted to extend this partnership to include supplier payment integration”.
Mint’s Head of Engineering, Amit Nanda, has this to say of the partnership; “We are delighted about extending our current credit card integration capabilities to incorporate MintEFT with the PowerSuite team. This partnership will result in the reduction of manual effort, increase efficiencies, and improve revenues for travel businesses across PowerSuite's network.”
