Sydney, 25th Oct 2021: Mint Payments (‘Mint’) has today announced the expansion of its product offering for the New Zealand market, with Mint’s new B2B payments solution, Mint EFT, to be made available to businesses in New Zealand by the end of 2021.
The release of MintEFT in the New Zealand market will see Mint’s existing offering expand from card-present and virtual C2B options to include a solution for B2B supplier payments. With its expanded product offering and further offerings in the pipeline, Mint is developing a true omni-channel payment solution catering to the needs of industries such as travel, retail and hospitality, and professional services.
MintEFT will facilitate integrated B2B EFT payments with a particular focus on the travel industry and will offer integrations with many of the most used travel mid-office systems in market, including Tramada, PowerSuite and Odysseus.
As a part of the launch and Mint’s recently announced partnership with Helloworld, Mint will be the exclusive payments provider integrated with Helloworld’s proprietary mid-office system, Resworld. The integration, which is currently underway, is expected to be completed at the time MintEFT launches in New Zealand.
With an onboarding process that will be streamlined and customised to the requirements of the New Zealand market, Mint expects to offer merchants a best-in-class solution designed for their needs.
The pricing model for MintEFT caters for an agent-first approach, providing a cost-effective solution to the COVID-impacted travel industry to assist in its recovery. Agencies will benefit from charges starting from:
- NZD $0 on Payable Transactions
- NZD $2.20 on Receivable Transactions
- NZD $15 Monthly Fee
Preferential pricing will also be offered to Travel Agency Groups that have partnered with Mint.
